Insight Notes is the software your practice uses. Your appointments, documents and messages live in your practice's own portal — not here.

Most likely

Check your email

Your practice sends a link when they invite you, and again with appointment reminders. Searching your inbox for the practice's name is the quickest way back in.

If you have the address

Go straight there

Some practices have their own portal address. If you know your practice's, open it directly and sign in there.

Still stuck? Ask your practice.

We cannot look your account up for you. Insight Notes does not hold a directory of who sees which practice, and we will not confirm whether somebody is a client — that is a private matter between you and your practice, and it stays that way.

Your practice can resend your invitation in a moment. They are the only ones who should be able to.
